     Case 1

    35 year old male was suffering from AVN left Hip for last 8 years and his Lt hip joint was fused. He was not able to walk properly and having pain during walking.      Case 2

    35 year old male was suffering from Ankylosing spondolitis for last 10 years and his both hip joints were fused He was neither able to walk properly  nor he was able to sit . His both hips were replaced and now he can walk and sit normally without any difficulty.

              

     Case 3

    45 year old male was suffering from Ankylosing spondolitis for last 15 years and his both hip joints were fused He was neither able to walk properly  nor he was able to sit . His both hips were replaced and now he can walk and sit normally without any difficulty.

         

     Case 4

    50 year old male was suffering from Ankylosing spondolitis for last 20 years and his left hip joint was painful and fused completely. He was not to walk properly . His left hip was replaced and now he can walk without any pain.

         

     Case 5
    45 year old man from district Raibareilly ,was suffering from Old fracture Acetabulum about one year before surgery and was walking with walker support and having severe pain in his Rt Hip joint. After that he fell down and sustained fracture of his hip bone in the same limb about 6 weeks back prior to surgery. The fracture of his hip bone was not uniting . He was operated about 2 years back and his Rt hip was replaced ,Now he is walking painfree and without support and having full range of motion at hip joint. His pain which was there before fracture was also subsided joint and very much happy after surgery. 

         

     Case 6- Acetabulum Fracture Fixation

    26 years old man sustained injury to his right hip joint and his acetabulum was fractured. The acetabulum was reconstructed about six years ago and now patient is walking and squatting painfree.
